In this case, it is the responsibility of the depositor to come and collect his deposited objects without delay; they can also be sent back to him. Returned items are always shipped at the depositor's expense if the sale has not been completed.

· The depositor is responsible for the quality of the item offered for sale. He must send cleaned, working products to the depositary. In the event of non-functioning or hidden defects, he will have to reimburse or at least compensate the buyer or the dealer. · It is the responsibility of the applicant to keep abreast of the disposition of his deposit. · It is the depositor who sets the deposit period with a maximum of 12 months. · It is the depositor who sets the sale price and indicates it in the "sale price including VAT asked" box. Be careful not to ask too high a price at the risk of seeing the object not sold. The depositary is at the disposal of the settlor to advise him on the sale price. · At any time, the depositor may request by email or post that the requested sale price be modified with a maximum of 2 times. · The price to be paid to the depositor is set jointly by the depositary. It is 25% of the sale price realized. Please note that if the sale price requested has been modified by the depositor, the commission applies to this modified price (which is called the actual sale price) and not the one originally written in this contract (asking sale price). Once the sale is concluded, an invoice is sent to the depositor by the depository. · All prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes · The depositor does not have to pay any insertion fees or deposit. · The depositor can withdraw his deposit at any time. However, in the event of non-sale, the return transport costs are the responsibility of the depositor as well as a flat rate of 25 euros. The payment of these fees and lump sums must be made prior to the return of the objects to the depositor. An invoice is given to the depositor in the return package. · The depositor must be paid by the depositary within one year at the latest after the deposit. · If it is not collected within 1 year, the object remains with the depositary in return for its costs and the corresponding deposit form is kept in the archives. · In the event of an incident involving an object placed on deposit (theft, breakage, fire, etc.), the depositary will reimburse the depositor for the amount indicated on the deposit form under the mention "Sale price including VAT requested". · The depositary undertakes to pay for the pieces sold within 15 days · The depositary undertakes to return the unsold pieces in perfect condition. · The dealer undertakes to ensure that the pieces are exhibited in his showroom.
